Questions studios ask

Is it really free?

Yes. Every studio gets 3 months free from the day we verify it: every matched lead and unlimited proposals. After that you can stay on the free Starter plan (3 proposals a month) or move to a paid plan for unlimited proposals. Paid plan prices are announced before your free months end, and nothing is charged automatically.

Do you take a commission on projects?

No. You quote at your own rates and the homeowner pays you directly. Match My Space takes no commission.

How are leads matched to my studio?

Each homeowner tells us what they need, their area, property type, style, budget and timeline. We score verified studios on style, budget, location and how quickly they reply, and send the brief to up to 3 best-fitting studios.

What happens when I get a lead?

You see the brief without the homeowner's contact details and send a proposal: estimate, design fee, timeline and warranty. The homeowner compares proposals side by side, shortlists, books a site visit and chats with you in the app.

How quickly do I need to reply to a lead?

Within 3 working hours. Working hours are 9 am to 9 pm, so a lead that arrives at 8 pm is due at 11 am the next morning. We remind you after 2 hours; if there is no proposal after 3, the lead moves to the next best-fitting studio, so homeowners are never left waiting. Replying quickly also improves your future matches.

When do I get the homeowner's phone number and address?

When the homeowner accepts your final quote. Until then, both sides talk inside the app and phone numbers stay private.

What do I need to get verified?

Your studio details, the areas and budgets you work with, at least 6 finished projects with photos, and your GST number or another business proof. We review new studios within 2 working days.

Which areas do you cover?

Bengaluru, all areas. You choose the areas your studio works in.
